Nominator's project description
| Professor Roy is internationally renowned for his far-reaching contributions in the design of integrated circuits. In particular, he has pioneered the design principles for low power circuits. He has shown the application of the same principles to the design of circuits that are resilient to variations in the manufacturing process. His work is widely acknowledged in academia and applied in industrial practice. In Germany he plans to continue his work on resilient circuits. |
